Is PBUsers.org broken?

Did you notice that since a few days PBUsers.org doesn't work any more? By trying many times again I might pass the blocking. This happens with Firefox as well with SRWare Iron (Chrome Engine).

This is what I usually see when trying to visit PBUsers.org:

Yes. I have a link to the forums, which I use, and a link to the index page.
The forums do not respond.
I was able to get the index page, but going to the forums from there was not working.
It looks like the server is not responding.
I have not tried removing all cookies associated with the site.
Let's see what that does.

I was away on vacation last week so just catching up. I believe the vendor might have had connectivity issues for a short while. I'm honestly not happy with the vendor Stuart chose. I understand why as he had connections and it was local to him, but in the future I'd advise the committee we move it to something in North America or Western Europe. Most users are in that region and it will help with latency issues dramatically.
