Yes, I've been absent for a while. Sorry about that. Life got in the way...
Regardless of the domain, the system that needs to be set up needs to one we can easily mirror - and not just with an httrack type application.
Otherwise the vulnerability is still there
If, as is being discussed, there is a committee of some sort and/or several members as administrators and it is hosted with a major provider, then there would always be someone to backup/replicate/mirror the site.

Oh I agree with Stuart. I've just become more paranoid as I grow older

Hi everyone,
First of all, thank you, very much, to our host ? PUMP has been waiting a long time to fill this vital meeting point role, thank you!
I'm happy to be part of any such committee and support a path forward in any way needed and agreeable to the majority of such a committee. There are lots of options, but I think we should agree on the committee structure first and then let the committee members run with it
As I don't see anyone putting up their hand to organize a first meeting, I'll suggest we try for an initial Zoom meeting early next week for anyone who wants to contribute in any way. Here is a Doodle poll to help find a time:

If anyone else wants to take the lead, or already has and I'm just out of the loop, I'm happy to follow
Thank you

Maybe a wider time range would be better given the locations of potential participants. The proposed times may be fine for someone in BC (morning, normal business hours) but possibly not so convenient for others in different parts of the world.
Personally , I'd prefer something other than 02:00 to 06:00 PNG time.

Ok, I've added some more times. Was concerned that the answers would get too spread out, but we shall see! :)

(09:00 Tues 16 Dec for me - which is a Public Holiday here in PNG - 50th Anniversary of Independence. (For the 50th, they've actually declared Mon, Tue and Wed as Public Holidays so a very loooong weekend
