Hi, glad to see a forum at least back up for us addicts!
Out of interest, what has happened to the old forum and it's wealth of posts? Can it be merged into here at all?

Hi Owen

The "old forum" is up and running. There was a time when it disappeared from the Internet. Back then PUMP was the place for meeting up. And also in future PUMP will remain online for exactly this reason.

BTW, there is a kind of offline-backup of PowerBASIC forum. Gary Beene is kindly offering his regularly updated version of the backup, see here.

Cheers,
Albert

So let's meet here at PUMP until PB forum is up again.

This could be the big one. No complaints, they gave us plenty of time to adjust.

I'll be logging in here regularly now.

New Scheduled Task I'm going to run at 8:00 am daily just in case they do put it back up Smile

Howdy, Folks!

My last gbThreads update was 7/23. I had planned to update it again this weekend but now that's in the air. If the old forum returns I'll definitely catch up ASAP!

Gary, since you do have a record going back far enough, did any of the previous outages happen around this time of year?
