That's an easy one. Just use RUFUS for creating an bootable USB stick. A comprehensive instruction is here: Using Rufus to Install Windows 11 on Unsupported Hardware. You also can install it without having a Microsoft account, see here.

Newer versions of Windows 11 try to block the installation without MS account. But you still can circumvent this by changing the registry, see here.

I have successfully installed Win11 on an old hardware, see above.
